Rental Listings - Let us know what you need - 2br, 3br, and 4br homes in select convenient neighborhoods of the San Diego's north county.  Please give our office a call.

Relocation - If you are thinking of moving out of state or out of the country and are considering renting out your residence, we can help. 

Screen a tenant - We can run a specialized tenant application and credit check to verify rental history for evictions.  This has proven to be extremely effective at stopping late rents.  The fee for this service is $30 and credit checks can be done on-the-spot (takes about 10-15 minutes).

Helping you find a tenant - Because of our pool of rental property and on going advertising for other rental listings, we are able to find a match for your rental property for a fee.  We can help diversify your advertising by reaching out to other rental property brokers who may have an existing tenant.  The fee for this service is $200 to for cover our advertising and lease preparation.  We also recommend offering a co-brokerage incentive to allow other agent who may have a potential tenant to refer us that tenant and collect a small fee if their referral ends up signing a lease.
