We offer both flat fee and concierge level of service.  We don't push our services.  You select what you want given the type of your property.  We feel that having 2 different virtual tours, 17 professionally taken and edited pictures, a narrated property tour or media package for a 2br condo is OVERKILL.  Instead, we will recommend our flat fee service for $249 plus other needed features! On the other hand, not having a professionally narrated virtual tour or similar media package for a home upwards of $850,000 with custom features is a DISSERVICE to the home seller.  Not only do you need a professional media package, but you also need all showing and transaction activities well coordinated because the well-qualified buyers are going to be more selective and will expect a smoother escrow process and overall buying experience.
